How does Vaelor build my plan?
You answer a short set of questions about your goal, experience, schedule, and equipment. Vaelor's AI coach builds an adaptive program and adjusts it each week based on your readiness check-ins, the sessions you log, and any activity you add.
Is there a free version?
Yes. You can use Vaelor for free. Optional subscription plans unlock unlimited AI coaching and features, and are billed through the App Store. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's Subscriptions settings.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Vaelor, then Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Do you support Apple Watch and widgets?
Yes. Vaelor includes an Apple Watch app with live heart-rate workout tracking, plus Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets and a Live Activity so your streak and next session are always a glance away.
How is my data handled?
Your training and nutrition data is yours. We never sell it and we don't use Apple Health data for advertising. See our
Privacy Policy for the full detail. Any Apple Health access is read-only and can be revoked anytime in the iOS Health app.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to your profile settings, and choose Delete my account. This permanently erases your account and all associated data. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Please email us with what happened and, if you can, your device and iOS version. Feature ideas are genuinely welcome, a lot of Vaelor was shaped by member requests.
